Form submissions are stored in Airtable. Operational tools we use to deliver services may include Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), and Cloudinary (media). Each of these providers maintains their own privacy practices.

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You can request to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you at any time. To exercise these rights — including deletion of all data we hold about you — email kevin@kevinpolerservices.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request." We will respond and complete the deletion within 30 days.

6. Children’s Privacy

This site is intended for business owners and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the business evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top will always reflect the most recent revision.
