About Kevin

I'm Kevin Poler. I'm based in Miami and I've spent years running marketing operations for real estate teams -- building out their CRMs, running their ads, managing their lead funnels. I got good at it. Then I started getting asked to do the same for other businesses and realized there was a real gap in the market.

Small business owners either try to handle their digital presence themselves and burn out, or they hire an agency that charges too much, communicates too little, and doesn't actually know their business. Neither option is good.

So I built something different. I use AI agents to handle the parts of this work that don't require judgment -- monitoring, posting, reporting, responding at off hours. That frees me up to focus on the strategy, the creative, and the relationships that actually move the needle.

The result: you get more than you'd get from a big agency, faster, and for less. Because there's no overhead. No account managers. No handoff chains. Just me and a stack of tools that actually work.

I take on a small number of clients at a time so I can actually do the work properly. When you hire me, you get one point of contact -- me -- and you can text or call and get a real answer.

I don't run campaigns I haven't thought through. I don't build websites I'm not proud of. And I don't take a retainer for services that aren't producing results.

If something isn't working, I'll tell you. If you don't need something, I won't sell it to you. That's just how I want to operate.
